The topography of the land can be described as mountainous to the western boundary with elevation of 575m and as you traverse in an easterly direction, the elevation decreases sharply to a low of 180m and then a slight increase as you approach the easterly boundary. It is important to note that the Arima-Blanchisseuse River flows through the property towards the eastern boundary at the lowest level and crystal clear stream cris-crosses the land in about seven places. This land is very suitable to quarrying at the southern half of the acreage. The soil type consists mainly of recrystallized limestone and it is noted that the soils along the water courses are very fertile. Some of the crops cultivated on the land in the past include; cocoa and coffee, citrus, tonca beans, nutmeg, mangoes, avocadoes, bananas, coconuts and mangostene. Currently 20 acres of the land consist of timber trees; cypre, cedar, poui, matchwood and sandbox.
